We are delighted to have you with us. To ensure a peaceful and high-quality experience for you and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines during your stay.
Respecting the Space
- The "No Shoes" Policy: To preserve our historic, 90-year-old wooden floors, we kindly ask that you leave outdoor shoes at the entrance. We have provided complimentary house slippers for your comfort.
- Dining & Care: We love our bedrooms for sleeping and relaxing; please keep all dining and drinks (except water) to the kitchen and living areas.
- Furnishings: To maintain the design integrity and floor quality, please do not rearrange the furniture. Guests are responsible for any damages exceeding the security deposit.
- Utilities: We appreciate your help in being eco-friendly—please switch off the AC, heating, and lights when you head out for the day.
Neighborhood Harmony
- Quiet Hours: To respect our local residents, please observe our quiet hours from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
- Gatherings: This is a residential sanctuary. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
- Smoke-Free Living: For the health and comfort of all future guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Pets: While we love animals, our properties remain a pet-free environment.
Logistics & Safety
- Check-in/out: To allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare for the next guest, please adhere to the scheduled check-in and check-out times.
- Key Care: Please keep a close eye on your keys. A €50 replacement fee applies to lost sets.
- Conduct: No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property at any time.
Departure Tidiness
- Kitchen: Please ensure all dishes are washed and put away before you leave.
- Trash: Kindly take out the trash following the instructions in our "Waste Management" guide.
